The air cargo charter service is meant to deliver general and special cargo on point to point full charter basis. The full charter option is more suitable to carry special and outsized cargo like:

I agree, with the increase of Aircraft Charter flying all over Europe, there's no doubt that local and foreign travelers prefers this kind of service compared to a commercial flight.
